FEES

Managed fees are varied. Rental fees are billed monthly. Amount based on monthly rents for the units.

Repairs and maintenance during regular business hours billed at $35.00 per hour.

Emergency responses to site (after 5pm, weekends and major holidays) billed at $55.00 per hour.
